Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups broccoli florets Be sure to wash and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Can be substituted with other spices.
  • ¼ cup Halal parmesan cheese Optional, to add in the last minutes of cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, add the broccoli florets and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle over salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Toss well to coat all florets evenly.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned broccoli florets into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. If using, sprinkle Halal parmesan cheese over the broccoli in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  4. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

Experiment with different seasonings or toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in air fryer or oven for best crunch.
