Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, add the broccoli florets and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle over salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Toss well to coat all florets evenly.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned broccoli florets into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If using, sprinkle Halal parmesan cheese over the broccoli in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
Experiment with different seasonings or toppings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in air fryer or oven for best crunch.
