  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

  • Lemon zest For additional flavor
  • Nutritional yeast For a vegan option
  • Your favorite seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
Seasoning
  1. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil to ensure they are evenly coated.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Air Frying
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
  3. Air fry the broccoli for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Check that the broccoli is golden brown and crispy before removing.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with lemon zest, nutritional yeast, or your your favorite dressing if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for a month. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
