Preparation
- Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
Seasoning
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Air Frying
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
- Air fry the broccoli for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the broccoli is golden brown and crispy before removing.
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with lemon zest, nutritional yeast, or your your favorite dressing if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for a month. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
