  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, measure the warm water and add the olive oil. Stir to combine.
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until a dough forms. You may need to add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
  4. Lightly flour a clean surface and place the dough on it. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions, shaping each into a round or oval loaf.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Brush each loaf with a little olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring there's enough space between each loaf for air circulation.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  4. Once done, remove the bread from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy warm with toppings of your choice!
