  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation
  1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and cut any larger ones in half.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the washed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. Check for doneness by using a fork. If you want extra crunch, let them air fry for a few more minutes.
