Ingredients

For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes (red, yellow, or your choice) Wash thoroughly and cut in halves.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper Optional.
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Optional.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and drying your baby potatoes. Cut each potato in half for that ideal bite-sized crunch.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure every potato is evenly coated for maximum flavor.
Cooking
  1. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. After 15 minutes, check for crispiness. If you want extra crisp, leave them for another 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye.
Serving
  1. Once golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back into the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until they regain their crispiness.
