Method
Preparation
- Start by washing and drying your baby potatoes. Cut each potato in half for that ideal bite-sized crunch.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure every potato is evenly coated for maximum flavor.
Cooking
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for about 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- After 15 minutes, check for crispiness. If you want extra crisp, leave them for another 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye.
Serving
- Once golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, pop them back into the air fryer for about 5 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until they regain their crispiness.
