Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for a nice even bake.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish to form a crust, pinching the seams together to prevent gaps.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Fold in your choice of diced vegetables and half of the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll crust in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the center and golden on the edges.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice to serve!
