Optional Garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for a nice even bake.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish to form a crust, pinching the seams together to prevent gaps.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Fold in your choice of diced vegetables and half of the shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll crust in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the center and golden on the edges.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice to serve!

Notes

Consider serving with fresh fruit, a smoothie, or crispy breakfast potatoes. Customize your veggies based on preference.
