Preparation
- In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps of peanut butter left behind.
- Give your mixture a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a bit more honey or maple syrup and blend again.
- Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container. Make sure it’s sealed so that no freezer odors get in!
Freezing
- Place it in the freezer for about 4-6 hours or until fully set. For the best texture, stir it every hour for the first 3 hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.
Serving
- Once your frozen yogurt is set, scoop it into bowls and enjoy! Feel free to add your favorite toppings for an extra special touch.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. It lasts up to 2 weeks but is best enjoyed within the first week. Let the container sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before scooping to soften.
