Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly. Add the red pepper flakes.
- Toss the shrimp back into the sauce, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it simmer for another minute to meld the flavors together.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freeze up to 1 month. Reheat on low and add cream or broth to maintain texture.
