Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt. This forms the base of your dip.
  2. Combine the chopped dill, parsley, and mint into the yogurt. Then add in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Using a spatula or swirly spoon, mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil on top for an extra layer of richness.
  5. Taste the dip and adjust seasonings if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or herbs according to your preference.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with fresh veggies, pita bread, or chips.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Can be frozen if properly sealed; thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
