  • 2 cups mixed greens Fresh mixed greens for the base.
  • 1 medium avocado, diced Use ripe avocados for best texture.
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt Creamy base for the dressing.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Optional for creaminess.
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Adds freshness and flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped For additional flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice For acidity.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste Season according to preference.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Adds sweetness and color.
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped For crunch.
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced For added crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, chopped chives, and lemon juice. Whisk them together until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add your mixed greens. Pour the prepared dressing over the greens and gently toss to coat them evenly.
  3. Now, add diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and sliced radishes to the bowl.
  4. Carefully toss everything together until all ingredients are well mixed and coated in the creamy dressing.

Notes

For a lighter version, you can leave out the mayonnaise. To maintain crispness, chop and dress the salad just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but separate the dressing until ready to serve.
