Preparation
  1. Begin by dicing the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. Chop the onion finely, and mince the garlic and ginger for maximum flavor impact.
Cooking
  1. In your crockpot, add the diced chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Pour in the can of coconut milk and the tomato sauce. Stir to combine the ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle in the tikka masala spice blend and add salt to taste. Give everything a good mix.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Serving
  1. Once the chicken is tender and the sauce is thickened to your liking, serve it hot.
  2. Garnish with fresh cilantro for that burst of color and flavor.

Notes
