Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1/4 cup of sour cream.
  2. Mince 1-2 cloves of garlic and toss them into the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped dill, season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  4. If desired, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Mixing
  1. Use a fork or a hand mixer to blend the mixture until you achieve your desired consistency.
  2. For a chunky dip, blend gently; for a smoother dip, mix until creamy.
Final Adjustments
  1. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning as needed.
Chilling

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for one month.
