  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt to prepare the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring the chicken is well-coated. Seal the bag and let it marinate for at least 10-15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
