- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dried cranberries, chopped pecans, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Use your hands to form the cheese mixture into a ball shape.
- Place the additional chopped pecans and cranberries on a large plate. Roll the cheese ball in the mix until it’s fully coated, pressing gently to ensure it adheres.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Once chilled, take the cheese ball out of the fridge, and place it on a serving platter with a selection of your favorite crackers, veggies, or fruit.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
