Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed (use rotisserie chicken for convenience)
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts optional
  • cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients
  • Shred or chop the cooked chicken and finely chop the celery and nuts if using.
  • Make the Dressing
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Everything
