Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, crab meat, shrimp, chopped onion, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
Baking
- Place the casserole in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the mixture is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes. Can be frozen for up to three months.
