- 1 15-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 15-ounce can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 8.5-ounce package cornbread mix (e.g., Jiffy)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon salt optional, to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley or chives chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and cornbread mix. Stir until just combined.
Add the Cheese and Seasoning:
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to distribute the cheese evenly.
Pour and Spread:
