- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whip the egg whites using a hand mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese, egg yolks, baking powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the airiness.
- Dollop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into rounds (approximately 3-4 inches in diameter). You should have about 6-8 pieces.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
