  • 1 cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Butter Softened (1 stick)
  • Powdered sugar Optional for dusting
  • Milk Optional for drizzle, just a splash if desired

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  3. Spread softened butter evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture onto the buttered tortillas.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly from one side to the other.
  6. Slice each rolled tortilla into approximately 1-inch pieces.
  7. Arrange the sliced rolls in a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden.
  9. Allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with milk.

Notes

Use large flour tortillas for best results. Feel free to customize with nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits. Serve warm or at room temperature, pairing with a favorite beverage.
