Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
  • as needed cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters to make bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and spices until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  6. Pour the cinnamon roll pieces into the greased dish, spreading them out evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. While the bites are baking, warm up the icing packet included with the cinnamon rolls by soaking it in warm water.
  9. Once the bites are done, drizzle the warm icing over the baked bites, and serve while hot!

Notes

For perfect bites, use fresh cinnamon rolls, keep an eye on baking time, and feel free to experiment with different spices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
