Preparation

- Spread half of the cinnamon roll mixture evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish. Press it down gently to form a base.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Beat until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cinnamon roll base and spread it evenly. Then, sprinkle the remaining cinnamon roll pieces over the cheesecake layer.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden brown.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the bars to cool for at least 10 minutes, then drizzle with icing from the cinnamon roll can.
- Cut into squares and enjoy your deliciously gooey creation!
