Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well-blended and forms a dough.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
Forming the Truffles
  1. Once chilled, use your hands to roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place each rolled ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  2. Dip each dough ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to let the excess drip off.
  3. Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle with festive sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
Setting
