Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
Chocolate Components
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips Use quality chocolate for best results
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smooth chocolate) Optional for smoother melting

Method

Preparation
  1. Rinse the strawberries under cold water and gently pat them dry. Remove the green tops and slice them into smaller pieces.
Melting Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
Dipping and Assembling
  1. Dip each strawberry slice into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Spoon a small dollop of yogurt over each chocolate-covered strawberry.
Cooling
  1. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set completely.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later enjoyment.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Frozen clusters can lose smoothness upon defrosting. Best enjoyed fresh.
