Preparation
- Rinse the strawberries under cold water and gently pat them dry. Remove the green tops and slice them into smaller pieces.
Melting Chocolate
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
Dipping and Assembling
- Dip each strawberry slice into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spoon a small dollop of yogurt over each chocolate-covered strawberry.
Cooling
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15-30 minutes, or until the chocolate has set completely.
Serving
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later enjoyment.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Frozen clusters can lose smoothness upon defrosting. Best enjoyed fresh.
