Cooking

Assembly
- In serving bowls, start with a base of fresh lettuce. Top with sliced chicken, chopped tomatoes, and cucumbers. Drizzle the tzatziki sauce generously over the top.
Notes
Let the chicken marinate longer for extra flavor. For lower-carb options, substitute chicken with grilled shrimp or veggies like zucchini. Don’t skimp on the tzatziki sauce!
