Chicken Salad with Grapes Recipe

- 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
- 1 cup red or green grapes halved
- 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced (optional)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds or chopped walnuts optional
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves croissants, or sandwich bread for serving
Prepare the chicken:
Place shredded or cubed chicken in a large mixing bowl.
