Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, shredded Swiss cheese, diced ham, finely chopped onions, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined but do not over-mix.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan or mold it into a loaf shape on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk with a bit more thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the meatloaf.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For added flair, top with homemade gravy or honey mustard. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to three months.
