Ingredients
  

For the stuffed shells
  • 12 large shells 12 large pasta shells Choose large pasta shells for easy stuffing.
  • 2 cups 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed Ensure broccoli is cooked but still firm.
For the sauce and toppings
  • 2 cups 2 cups Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade both work.
  • 1 cup 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Fresh mozzarella can enhance flavor.
  • ½ cup ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated Use freshly grated for better texture.
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to your liking.
  • as needed Freshly drizzled olive oil For drizzling before serving.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
Preparing the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and half of the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Stuffing the Shells
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Stuff each pasta shell generously with the chicken and broccoli filling and place them upright in a baking dish.
Adding Sauce and Cheese
  1. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring each shell is well coated.
  2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
Baking
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serving

Notes
