Cooking the Pasta
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Once boiling, cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
Preparing the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and half of the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Stuffing the Shells
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Stuff each pasta shell generously with the chicken and broccoli filling and place them upright in a baking dish.
Adding Sauce and Cheese
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, ensuring each shell is well coated.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top.
Baking
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Serving
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells warm!
Notes
For variations, swap chicken for turkey or a plant-based option. You can prepare the shells in advance and store in the refrigerator before baking.
