  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, diced
  • 1 cup crab meat (canned or fresh)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced shrimp, and crab meat, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Add the chopped spinach, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
