- Using a spoon or piping bag, dollop or pipe the creamy filling onto each cucumber slice.
- Be generous with the filling; it's the best part!
Chill and Serve
- Let the assembled cucumbers chill in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve them cold or at room temperature.
Notes
For best results, ensure ingredients are at room temperature. If lactose intolerant, substitute cream cheese and cheese with suitable alternatives. These cucumbers are best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
