  • 3 medium Cucumbers, sliced Sliced into thick rounds or lengthwise
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped Or 1 tablespoon dried
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thick rounds, about 1/4 inch thick. Set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, chopped fresh dill, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the cucumber slices into the cheese mixture until evenly coated. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixed cucumbers and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For variations, cottage cheese can be used instead of cream cheese for a lighter option. Chill for an hour before serving for enhanced flavors.
