Preparation
- Start by shredding your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season it with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Take one slice of garlic bread and spoon the shredded chicken on top. Pile on the shredded cheese.
- Place the second slice of garlic bread on top to create a sandwich.
Baking
- Place the sandwich on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is golden brown.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a minute before cutting in half. Serve hot with optional lettuce or tomato slices.
