Cheesy Chicken Fritters – Crispy, Cheesy Perfection!

Crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside, these Cheesy Chicken Fritters are the perfect snack or meal. Quick and easy, they’re sure to be a hit with everyone!

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Fork or spoon for mixing
  • Non-stick skillet or frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Paper towels (for draining)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Form the Fritters: Using your hands or a spoon, shape the chicken mixture into small patties or fritters, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Heat the Oil: Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the Fritters: Carefully place the fritters in the hot oil, cooking in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Drain and Serve: Transfer the fritters to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
