Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Assemble the Rolls:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
Roll up the dough, starting at the wide end, and tuck in the sides to seal the filling.
Bake:
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
Optional: Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter or egg wash for extra golden color.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and fully cooked.
