  • 2 cups shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Monterey Jack) Divided into two portions: one for mixing and one for topping.
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped For topping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture until well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and green onions over the top.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcooking the pasta, and adjust toppings as desired. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
