Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, boil water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the cooked pasta into the chicken mixture until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and green onions over the top.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcooking the pasta, and adjust toppings as desired. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
