Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Dressing
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped topping (thawed)
For the Fruit
  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups bananas (sliced)
  • 1 cup pineapple (diced)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, beating until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple, and grapes.
  5. Pour the creamy cheesecake mixture over the fruit and gently toss until the fruit is evenly coated.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour to let the flavors meld together.
  7. Serve chilled and watch as everyone goes for seconds!
