Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, mix together milk and melted butter.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  6. Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper, then pour the mixture into the dish.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Test doneness by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean.
  3. Let the bread cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Feel free to substitute cheddar cheese with mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavors. Watch out for overmixing to keep the bread fluffy.
