  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.

  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined, creating a creamy, light mixture.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Carefully fold in the assorted fresh fruits to the cheesecake mixture. Make sure the fruit is evenly distributed without crushing them.
Assembly
  1. Transfer the fruit and cheesecake mixture into a large serving bowl or individual cups.
Topping and Chilling

Notes
