For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter to combine with graham cracker crumbs
For the cheesecake filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar adjust based on your sweetness preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped apples (preferably Granny Smith) for a nice tart contrast
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well until the crumbs resemble wet sand.
  2. Spoon the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of serving cups or a muffin tin, pressing down lightly to form a solid crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until it is fully incorporated.
  5. Carefully mix in the chopped apples, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker base in your cups.
  7. Top each cup with a generous drizzle of caramel sauce.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the filling to set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
