Mix in the garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed to help the butter coat the noodles smoothly.
Optional Add-Ins:
Stir in the Parmesan cheese for a richer flavor.
Serve:
Transfer the buttered noodles to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
