Breakfast Tacos Recipe
Make your mornings delicious with these easy breakfast tacos! Fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese, and your favorite toppings wrapped in warm tortillas—perfect for any breakfast or brunch.

- 4 small flour or corn tortillas
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk optional, for creamier eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon sausage, or chorizo (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice
- 1/2 cup diced vegetables e.g., bell peppers, onions, tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado sliced (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salsa or hot sauce for serving
Scramble the Eggs:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (if using), salt, and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.
Warm the Tortillas:
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Assemble the Tacos:
Place a portion of scrambled eggs on each tortilla.
Add your choice of cooked bacon, sausage, or chorizo.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with diced vegetables and avocado slices.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with salsa or hot sauce on the side.
