- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, and Greek yogurt.
- Add in the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to maintain their shape.
- Using your hands, scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into bite-sized balls. Place them on a lined tray or plate.
- Refrigerate the protein bites for at least 15 minutes, allowing them to firm up a bit.

Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. They can also be frozen for longer-term storage. For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt and agave syrup in place of honey.
