Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In your blender, add the cinnamon rolls (tear them into smaller pieces) and blend until crumbly.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and ground cinnamon. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the blender with the cinnamon roll crumbs and blend until fully combined.
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and pour the blended mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
- Let the bars cool completely.
- Drizzle the icing from the cinnamon roll package over the top before serving.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months, separated with parchment paper.
