- In a mixing bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir well until everything is nicely combined.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles, saving some for topping later.
- Cover the mixture and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
Serving
- In the morning, give your oats a good stir. If desired, add more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
- Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of yogurt for extra creaminess.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheating in the microwave doesn't work as well; enjoy cold or add a splash of milk if heating.
