Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a less greasy option.
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas Warm them for pliability.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce (or Thousand Island dressing)
  • as desired Sliced pickles Add more if you love pickles!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess grease. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave or on a skillet to make them pliable.
Assembly
  1. Spread a few tablespoons of Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.
  2. Layer on the cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and pickles.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up, creating a neat wrap.
Serving
  1. Slice your wraps in half if desired and serve with additional sauce for dipping.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 1 month but be aware that fresh veggies may lose crunch upon reheating.
