Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into roughly 1-inch pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Pour the seasoned sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arranging them in a single layer.
- Bake for about 30–35 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Once done, allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3–5 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes.
