Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. If using garlic powder, mix it in with the melted butter.
- Lay your flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. Brush one side evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the buttered side of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape. Repeat this process with all tortillas.
Cooking
- Place the folded tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking. Do not overload the basket; work in batches if necessary.
- Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for about 5 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove the tortillas from the air fryer.
Serving
- Sprinkle with dried parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Slice into wedges and serve immediately!
