Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 large flour tortillas soft and pliable
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or any cheese of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley for garnish
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. If using garlic powder, mix it in with the melted butter.
  2. Lay your flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. Brush one side evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the buttered side of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape. Repeat this process with all tortillas.
Cooking
  1. Place the folded tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer for even cooking. Do not overload the basket; work in batches if necessary.
  2. Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for about 5 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  3. Carefully remove the tortillas from the air fryer.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with dried parsley, salt, and pepper to taste. Slice into wedges and serve immediately!
