Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Stir well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once heated, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Combining Everything
  1. Reduce the heat to low, and add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour the sauce over the pasta and shrimp, tossing well to coat everything evenly.
  2. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, just to heat through.
Serving
  1. Transfer the Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta to serving plates and sprinkle generously with chopped green onions.
  2. Dig in and enjoy the explosion of flavors!

Notes

For a healthier option, consider using whole grain pasta or swapping the shrimp for chicken or tofu. Additional vegetables like diced bell peppers or snap peas can enhance texture and nutrition. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days; reheat gently to maintain creaminess.
