Banana Smoothie Recipe
A quick and delicious banana smoothie made with fresh bananas, yogurt, and milk. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a post-workout boost!

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy, like almond, oat, or soy milk
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for added flavor
- ½ cup ice optional, for a colder, thicker smoothie
Prepare the banana:
Peel the banana and cut it into chunks for easier blending.
Blend the smoothie:
Add the banana, milk, yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract into the blender. If you like a thicker texture, add ice cubes.
Blend until smooth:
Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk to reach your preferred consistency.
