Ingredients
  

For the Brownies
  • 1 box box of brownie mix Plus ingredients listed on the box.
  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
For the Pudding Layer
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix Can customize with other flavors.
  • 2 cups milk
For Topping
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • to taste garnish Vanilla wafers For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and fold in the mashed bananas. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  3. Bake the brownies for approximately 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let them cool completely.
Pudding Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until well combined. Allow it to set for about 5 minutes.
  2. Once the brownies are cool, spread the banana pudding over the top, smoothing it out evenly.
Topping and Serving
  1. Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed vanilla wafers.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the layers to set before serving.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for longer storage.
