- 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each, skin-on or skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Season the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking dish. Brush the marinade generously over the fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Bake the Salmon:
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve:
Remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with fresh dill and lemon wedges. Serve hot with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
